Dorothy A. Andriakos, 78, of Lake in the Hills, passed away August 1, 2016 at St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates. Born July 3, 1938 in Chicago; she was the daughter of John E. and Selma L. (Grorich) Bor.

Visitation 3 p.m. until time of service at 6 p.m. on Sunday, August 14, 2016 at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. Online condolences may be submitted at querhammerandflagg.com
