Passed away on May 12, 2018. His funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 3:00 PM in the PERRY-McSTAY FUNERAL HOME, 2555 Pawtucket Avenue, East Providence. Burial will be private. Calling hours Saturday from 1:00-3:00 PM. For complete obituary go to www.perrymcstay.com.

To the Tobin Family,
We were so sorry to hear of Earl's passing. We had fun memories of him coming into our store "The Video Network". Also, he was my son-in-law's (Jarrad Foster) first supervisor at National Grid, and he has great and funny memories of being young and new with him.
Be proud that so many people have good memories of Earl. Please let this be a comfort to you.

My sincere condolences to the Tobin family . . . my connection to Earl started in July 1967 when we both got hired at Prov Gas! We had a great working relationship and a long and fun filled friendship that lasted all these years.
