Today, as I think about Eric, I remember how he would react and respond to conversations we had. He was a real listener, a man who considered what anyone said. He was not closeminded nor was he a man without true judgment.
Eric was a talented solitary artist who would've reached a pinnacle in his love of the visual arts. He went from painter to photographer, and even was the main actor in a student film we did together. A character actor with eight foot wings, larger than life itself. We will miss you, but you live on in our hearts.

On behalf of Eric's family I would like to thank everyone for your kind words and support during this difficult time. We are very comforted to know that Eric had so many friends that cared for him. We deeply appreciate that you have kept us and him in your thoughts and prayers.
We will miss him and always carry him in our hearts.

I only knew Eric for a short time, but we were becoming good friends. I met him at a club in Riverside that my husband DJ's at. He was always a lot of fun to be around and funny. I am going to miss him a lot. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Cuatico family.

My deepest sympathies go out to the Cuatico family, Eric's mother, father, brother, and sister, and everyone who knew him and misses him. I had the privilege to be Eric's friend for a very short time, less than half a year. But it really was a privilege. I'll always remember the great times we had together. I miss him so much. He was a great guy, talented, intelligent, and funny. Maybe now he knows the answers to some of the far-out things we used to talk about. I hope Eric, wherever he is now, knows that he had friends and family that loved him and will remember him forever. Eric--"May the Force be with you, always."

Eric was the greatest, sweetest and most generous guy I've met. He bought me lunch a few times when I worked with him at The Register. He will be very missed. May my love and support be with the famiy.

To the Family,
Thanks for bringing such a kind soul into this world, we referred to Eric as "Our Little Eric" as a term of endearment and as a co-worker and friend he will truly be missed!
Just one the the aching hearts of the Orange County Register.

Eric was assigned to the Anaheim Office (of the Orange County Register) when production had an associate on vacation. We always enjoyed his being here and tried to make him feel "at home" here at Anaheim. We will miss his very much. He was a pleasure to work with.
God Bless....
