Our family was very saddened to hear of France's passing. Frances was a very dear friend of the Barlow family for many, many years. She worked with my mother Louise Barlow at the Telephone Co. We all have fond memories of Francis and her mother especially when we were children and at Christmas time she always gave us wonderful , warm mittens she and her mother knit for us! Our deepest sympathy goes out to her family and she will always have a special place in our hearts. God bless you Frances and thank you for your kindness and friendship.
