To the Tomaselli Family,
I know this is quite late in coming, but I just found out today about Frank's passing. And I just wanted you all to know how saddened I am to hear of this. Even though it has been about 37 years since I last saw Frank, I have not forgotten him. My aunt was married to Frank's brother, Tom. Frank became friends with my family. At one point, when I was 15, Frank paid me to paint the kitchen in his apartment. I'm sure he could have done it on his own, but I think he was just trying to help a teenager earn some money. He was a good guy and I remember his great sense of humor. To this day, getting a karmanghia is on my bucket list, before I die, because I fell in love with Frank's karmanghia, that he had all those years ago. He left a lasting impression on me. So even after all these years have gone by, I still think of him with a smile on my face. I always will.

I will remember Frank for his congeniality, carpentry skills, and culinary talents. I always got the feeling that he enjoyed cooking more that I enjoyed the fruits of his labors - hard to believe since I really savored every morsel. My thoughts and prayers are with all of Frank's family.

My nephew Frank was a great man who knew no bounds when it came to being there for anyone. He was a wonderful role model for my boys, Todd and Scott. He often took them overnight. He taught them to fish, experience what nature had to offer. He also taught them basic woodworking and home repair. He and Debbie eventually took Scott into their home for his high school years. There he grew into adulthood much in the image of Frank with a touch of Debbie's eveness. Scott is "the son Frank never had" and for this I am grateful. I will always be thankful to both Frank and Debbie. Frank will be sorely missed.

My only brother, my friend and lifelong confidant. Your indomitable spirit has touched many lives over the years. I have watched you help many people in many ways and lightened their burden with your unconquerable spirit. Your amusing wit and intelligence had a disarming way of making people feel better about themselves. All are better for having you in their lives. Though you have faced many insurmountable hardships and misery in your life, your courage and strength of mind always carried you through any difficulty. Your personality would never accept defeat. You leave this world a much better place for having you in it. Though that world still has a little misery, you have finally attained the freedom you sought after and that your spirit so desperately needed Salute'

Frank showed me nothing but love and kindness over the 8 years I knew him and I miss him dearly already. He taught me many things like to bake bread, build a bathroom cupboard, shop for the best cheese, make excellent ribs and the best sour cherry scones.
When I went through some of my hardest times in life, he and Bernadette where there for me. They aren't friends, they are family. Frank will always be my original American Dad. He built David and I the most amazing furniture that will be around long after we are all gone.
I miss and love you Frank. Thank you for being an important part of my life. You will never, ever be forgotten.
My thoughts are with Frank's loved ones. I am here for you.

There is no such thing as death as Jesus has given us the gift of everlasting life. He has prepared a place for us; all we need to do is believe and ask for it.
