Visitation for Frank "Butch" Maderak of Hanover Park for 46 years will be held Wednesday, September 13, 2017 3:00p.m. until time of service 8:00 p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Rd.), Streamwood/Schaumburg. Following services cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory. 

Frank is the beloved husband of 52 years of Marilyn Maderak nee Holek; loving father of Joseph, Daniel, and Amy (Frank); beloved brother of Joanie (the late Russel) Klein, Shirley (Frank) Romanski, and Jim (Kathy) Maderak; cherished grandfather of Angelica; many loving nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by his dog Shilo and cats Nala, Mickey, Simon and Sally.
