Mr. Jones represented our family and was truly a model of what an attorney should be. He was a man of his word and represented his clients as if they were his own family. We were fortunate to have known him.

Ronna,
I was just on epray for Church, and saw where Machelle sent in a prayer request for the family. I am so sorry to hear of your families loss. You are all in my prayers. The death of a loved one is such a sad time especially around the holidays. You are in my prayers. Remember the good times, and cherish the memories so they can take you all through the days ahead. May God bless you.

Love,

The patriach Jacob grieved deeply over the loss of his son. He expected to grieve until the day he died. Like Jacob, you may feel the pain of losing a loved one is so deep that it will never go away. In times like this, we need to go to the Greatest Source of comfort, God's Word the Bible.

"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort."-2 Corinthians 1:3

"God comforts us in all our tribulations, that we may be able to comfort those in any sort of tribulation through the comfort with which we ourselves are being comforted by God."--2 Corinthians 1:4

Remember, God loves you and does not want any of us to suffer.

Franklin was my friend always and I shall miss him greatly. He was a lawyer's lawyer and a prince of a man in all of his activities, giving more than he ever received. We have lost a one of a kind gentleman.
My whole famiy expresses their sympathy to the members of his family and ask that we all celebrate the life of the man who gave so much to his profession, his community, and those that he loved.

Mr. Jones was not just my lawyer he was my friend, mine and my girls Kiasi and Kimberly. Upon learning of his death I went to my Lord in prayer for comfort and He said to me "I will return. And He further said "For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him." Until that triumphant return my friend....God's comfort to the family.

This death makes me so sad, coming as it does within two weeks of Greg's death- which also resulted from a fall. The citizens of Marshall will never fully appreciate Franklin's commitment to the good things about the town where he was born. I know, because I am aware of a few of the anonymous deeds he did.

I have heard so many wonderful things about Soupy, my mother's cousin by marriage. Although I never met him, I can tell by the stories that he had a larger than life persona. I know he will be missed. My thoughts are with your family at this time. God Bless.
