Dear Dottie, Amy, Cory, Lisa and your families,
My sincere condolences to all of you with the passing of your husband, father, grandfather.
Although Gary was my uncle he was only three years older than me so he was more like a brother. Growing up we lived by my grandparents (which was Gary's mom and dad) so we seen each other all the time. Going back and forth to each others homes just to hang out, celebrating birthdays, holidays with each other and usually every Sunday after church we had dinner together. We also went to church camp together. Gary, my sister and myself. So many fond memories.
When Gary sent off to college he met Dottie and I remember the first time I met her at my grandparents house. He was in Love!! And what a wonderful life they had together, living in different states, preaching God's word, traveling and spending time with their kids and grand kids, working side by side.
Gary will be missed by so many people who's lives he has touched. His faith has now become sight. He has finished the race, well!
May God comfort all of you today and all the days ahead.
Love from Minnesota, Kathy
