Gary R Allen Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Aug. 27, 2024.
Gary Raymond Allen passed away at the age of 72 on August 25, 2024. He was born on Ernest Harmon Air Force Base in Newfoundland, Canada on June 10,1952 and grew up in Livingston, NJ. Gary was an automotive expert whose creative talents of figuring out how things work extended far beyond that of just automobiles. He had a love for being outdoors, country music and anything water-related, especially powerboats. Gary is survived by his two loving daughters, Kelly, 45, and Kimberly, 44. He is also survived by his companion, Cessy, and was the eldest of 5 siblings: sisters Diana, Debbie, Donna and brother Doug. His unique creative spirit and silly story-telling ability will be greatly missed and forever cherished by those that knew him best.

Our family chain is broken for nothing seems the same but as God calls us one by one the chain will link again. It broke our heart's to lose you but you didn't go alone for part of us went with you the day God called you home. Like quiet bird's in circled flight, you are the soft star that shine's at night...

You are my Air Force baby! I made you vice president of Allen Pontiac at 22 years old because you worked hard and earned it. My plan was to take you to the moon, but our rocket blew up in mid flight. However, my love for you remained, and I will mourn your loss forever I love you, my son, it won´t be long and I´ll hold you in my arms again-ALL MY LOVE,DAD
