Mr George was such a kindle spirit, he was always smiling and just very pleasant to everyone. I always needed a hug from him on Sundays when I played bingo at VFW, he had the best hugs ever. Rest in Eternal Peace Mr. George, gone but never will be forgotten.

Just heard of the passing of Cousin Dick. What a guy!! We sure did enjoy all the times we spent with him and all his family.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all his family.

I came to know of Dickie Woods from Fr. Gormley. Who knew him from the Cathedral days. The stories were always full of life and fun. Then I came to know his little sister Kathy. I also met their Dad and again found that faith, family, and fun were at the core of Dick's life. Since his beloved Peggy went home to the Lord Dick has changed his focus to things eternal and being with her again. The world will miss a great man but we have been blest to know and love Dick. My prayers go out to his family.

George always greeted me with his wondergul hugs! George was my dads (Roger Webb) best friend, Every event that they did with the VFW they would load up their scooters and head off! George was one of the nicest men that I knew, I just so happened to be in VA on Sunday 12/2 and got my last hug! He will be missed and always loved by our family. Rest in Peace. Thanks for the memories.

Loved his sense of humor and how he always had a hug and encouraging word when he could tell I needed them both. He did make the best stuffed peppers...thanks for being a great friend...I will miss you. Rest in Peace
