RIVERA, Gloria Perez
Gloria Perez Rivera went home to be with the Lord on Monday, (May 27, 2013). A loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. Gloria leaves her daughters Belinda Rivera, Diana Gonzalez and her husband Jose, Erica Lynn Baez and her husband Eliazer and son C. Jay Rivera and his wife Carmen. Her adoring grandchildren Danny Gonzalez, Joey Gonzalez, Nicole Garcia, Kayla Marie Rivera, Cris Rivera, Yazinda Baez, Jayda Rivera, Jacob Baez, Julian Jay Rivera, Jayla Rivera and Elijah Rivera. Her two great-grandchildren Danny Gonzalez Jr. and Aaliyah Marie Gonzalez. Sisters Elizabeth Balesky and husband David, Ruth Perez and Maria Perez. Brothers Louis Perez and wife Antonia, Mariano Perez and wife Sol and Sammy Perez and wife Quan. Along with many nieces and nephew Gloria was loved by many and is cherished forever. All those who knew her will remember her as a kind and gentle person who loved the Lord with all her heart. She was a loving mother, adoring grandmother and loving sister.
Funeral services will be held Thursday May 30, 2013 at Deleon Funeral Home 104 Main St., Hartford CT. Calling hours are from 12-2 p.m. Burial immediately following at Cedar Hill Cemetery 453 Fairfield Ave., Hartford, CT.

Mom it's been 8 years and it still feels like it just happened. I miss you so much. Everyday I am reminded of your goodness. It saddens me that you are not around to see my grandkids. You would have loved them so much. I talk to them about you all the time. Mom I will never stop sharing about your goodness and how much you loved us and the Lord.

Dear Belinda, Diane, Jay, Erika, Danny and the rest of the Rivera and Perez family. I just found out about Gloria's passing with great shock and sorrowful heart. My deepest condolence. I am so sorry for your lost. I worked with Gloria for five years in the Dental Clinic at Hartford Hospital. She was a great friend, person and co-worker. She will be missed.
May the Lord cover the family with peace and love through this hard time.
