Gwendolyn LANGLAIS Obituary

Published by Monteal Gazette on Mar. 21, 2012.
GWENDOLYN LANGLAIS
(nee BARRY)
1918 - 2012
Died peacefully on March 16. Predeceased by her loving husband Paul, she is survived by her three sons, Robert (Denise), Peter (Monique) and John (Dulcie) and five grandchildren, Paul, Mark, Philippe, Michael and Kelly. Gwen was an extraordinary person with a very special place in the hearts of those with the good fortune to be close to her. She was one of those rare people with an unshakably positive attitude toward everyone and toward life itself. Her charm was legendary. Even her advanced age could not mask her youthful exuberance and smile, right up until her very last day. She will be sorely missed. Visitation at the Kane & Fetterly Funeral Home, 5301 Decarie Blvd. (corner Isabella) on Thursday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service from the funeral home chapel on Friday, March 23 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Condolences may be sent to www.kanefetterly.com
