Hallie Thomas Anderson NICHOLS- Mrs. Hallie Thomas Anderson, 81, widow of Corbett B. Anderson, Sr., died Friday, June 29, 2012 at Marion Regional Hospital. Mrs. Anderson was born September 28, 1930 in Marion County, a daughter of the late Mitchell Howard and Betty Mae Wallace Thomas. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Anderson, a former member of Mullins First Baptist Church where she was a nursery worker for over 25 years, was a member of Woodlawn Park Baptist Church where she was a member of the WMU. Surviving Mrs. Anderson are: her children: Corbett B. "C.B." (Gewene) Anderson, Jr. of Timmonsville, Pat (David Hewitt) of Mullins, William L. (Linda) Anderson, Sr., of Mullins, Sarah (Paul) Dew of Nichols and Betty Renee Williamson of Nichols; 14 Grandchildren; 24 Great Grandchildren; and 2 Sisters-in-Laws: Carolyn Thomas of Mullins and Marion Anderson of Florence. Mrs. Anderson was predeceased by a daughter, Martha Graham and a brother, M. Howard Thomas, Jr. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, July 2, at Woodlawn Park Baptist Church, with the Rev. Glenn Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Cedardale Cemetery, directed by Cox-Collins Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Sunday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at Cox-Collins Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Woodlawn Park Baptist Church, P.O.
