DANTRY HAROLD
69 years old, of Cecil, died Thursday, October 14, 2010 in his home. Born October 3, 1941 in Canonsburg, Son of the late Harry and Ann Corrente Dantry. He enjoyed music and dancing, reading and playing cards. He, his brother Harry, and his son Darren also DJ'd many oldies dances and car cruses in the area. He worked as a Shipper for Kennametal, in Robinson Twp., and after retirement worked in the produce department at Shop-N-Save, and Giant Eagle in Bridgeville. Surviving are his wife, Linda Dantry, two daughters Dana (Wayne) Lewis of Cecil, Lisa Dantry of Bridgeville, son, Darren (fiancée Kelly Shriver) Dantry of Cecil, Grandson Waynie Lewis of Cecil. Twin brother Harry (Mary Ann) Dantry of Cecil and a brother Jerry Dantry of Carnegie. He also left behind his dog Gunner. He was preceded in death by Parents, and sister, Janet DeLuca. Friends will be received 2-4 & 6-8 P.M., Sunday, October 17, 2010 at the COLEMAN-TAYLOR FUNERAL SERVICES, 3378 Millers Run Road, (Rt. 50) Cecil, PA where a blessing service will be held on Monday, October 18, 2010 at 10:30 AM with Father Stan Gregorek officiating. Interment will follow in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Cecil Township.
