Hayden attended Ellen Ochoa STEM Academy at Ben Milam and graduated from Boerne High School in 2025. Though his time was cut short, he had already worked two jobs as a contractor and at Wendy's Boerne from 2024-2025 and was getting ready to attend college at Texas State Technical College-Red Oak in the HVAC program.
He was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in San Antonio. Hayden had a passion for the outdoors and enjoyed hiking, fishing, swimming or floating in the river, listening to music, skateboarding, and being with his friends. He also found joy in playing video games, embracing every aspect of life with enthusiasm.
Hayden is survived by his father, Cody Stuart; stepmother, Karen Stuart; stepfather, Jerry Seale; stepsisters, Madelon and Abigail Brown; great grandmothers, Carmela Gonzales and Joyce Kelley; grandmother, Diana Chapa; along with aunts and uncles, Brenda and LeeRoy Chapa, III, and Jeremy and Courtney Stuart. He leaves behind many other relatives who cherish him deeply. Hayden was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Chapa, and grandfathers, LeeRoy Chapa, Jr. and Bryan Stuart.
Details of the services to celebrate Hayden's life will be announced soon. His presence will be profoundly missed, but his spirit will continue to inspire those who knew him.

There is so much I can say about my baby, Hayden was absolutely the light of my life. He was only nephew from my sister. Since the day he was born we had a bond that I will cherish for the rest of my life. When he was little he always had to have the same haircut as me and always wanted to be with me. So he was like my little baby too. We laughed, he always had some funny joke to say or something to make me smile and laugh. I taught him how to catch snakes when he was 2/3 and let me tell you, whenever I came over that what we did. He loved being outside and so did I. So it was perfect. He was the perfect person to hangout with me. He was always in my room wanting to play my Xbox or just hang out with me and my dog and cat. Which they loved him dearly. Everyone did. He was amazing and I will keep his name, his legacy going for the rest of my life. I miss him more than words can say. My heart is forever broken but I know he is with his mom and my dad (his Papa) and happy as can be. Your aunt Brenda loves you and will always keep you close to my heart.

Hayden has been a part of my family since he was 3 years old when his mother Mary and my brother Jerry fell in love. I loved Hayden so much and will miss him deeply. Family gatherings will not be the same without Hayden´s smile.

Hayden was more than just a coworker at Wendy's; he was a bright light in our daily routines. His personality was inspiring
he was hardworking, helpful and always treated everyone with the utmost respect and politeness. After I moved on from Wendy's, I often thought about him and hoped our paths would cross again. It breaks my heart that I won't get that chance. My deepest condolences go out to his family and all who loved him. He will be truly missed.

Hayden was the little brother I never had. We met at work and we grew to be friends through all our fun and stressful moments. Not long after meeting we became more like siblings than friends or coworkers. We would all have game nights and we would drag him shopping. Even though they weren´t his hobby´s he never failed to laugh and have fun. We considered each other family. I used to joke about him being my "bridesman" He was so loved and will always be . Hayden´s laughter was contagious. He was a listener and was one of the most polite people I´ve ever met. We would always laugh about that because most didn´t know that. His live was short but he made an unmeasurable effect on the people in it. We will always miss you little bro.

Hayden is and will be in my heart forever. Even though I was just his stepmother, he and I had a beautiful bond. We shared so many wonderful memories together.- I know he´d get tired of my lectures on life, but he understood my intention: we just loved him so, and wanted him to have the best tools available to help him live the life he hoped for.
Below are some mementos I was grateful to have captured. I love the dirty face pictures. lol He had dirt and dust covering him from head to toe, after work one day. He thought it was great. He was happy I asked if I could take a picture of his face before he got into the shower--you can see he was thrilled. He knew he was the son I never had--because I told him all of the time.

Hayden was a true blessing to have in my life. After moving to Texas with no friends or family at the age if 19 I met Hayden while we both worked at Wendy´s. We got along instantly and bonded over work and our love of music and games, he even came to my wedding. He was probably one of the closest friends I have ever had, and I´m glad I got to be apart of his. He was always caring and going out of his way to help me and others. He will be missed so much. Love you, Hayden.

I will never forget when Hayden and I got to bond for the first time back in 2017, he sent me a party invite on Xbox mentioning that he was Cody´s son considering our fathers were best friends since childhood. He wanted to play a little game called Trove with me. After that moment him and I played video games nearly everyday with each other and quickly became best friends. He always managed to put a smile on my face even in hardships. Coming home after long days of being at work all day and seeing his party invite pop up on the Xbox was always the highlight of the day. During his final weeks I got to spend a lot of time with him in person, he came over at least once a week on my days off and we always had a good laugh and enjoyed each others company. I´ll never forget you Cuh you´ll always hold a special place in my heart. I love you very much and I know you´re in a better place now with your Mother and Grandfather looking down upon us. Bryan always brought joy to my day. Seeing each other in the school hallways and yelling each other´s names in a goofy way always put a smile on my face. I´ll treasure the memories of the conversations we had in class, as well as the random interactions when I passed through the neighborhood.
