Hector F. Zamorano of Devine, Texas was called home suddenly to be with our Lord on Monday, May 8, 2017 at the age of 72.
He is preceded in death by his parents Pedro and Carolina Zamorano and niece Margaret De La Garza.
He is survived by the love of his life of 57 years Magdalena Zamorano, daughter, Martha Zamorano Ovalle of Devine, Texas, Sons, Hector F. Zamorano Jr and wife Mary Ann of San Antonio and Frank Zamorano and wife Brenda of Devine, Texas. Brother and sisters, Pedro Zamorano Jr.(Gloria) of San Antonio, Dora Alicia Cuadra of Mexico, Margarita De La Garza of San Antonio, Tx, and Maria Elena Cuadra (Gustavo) of Mexico. 9 Grandchildren, Marc and Leann, Mariah and Justin, Hector III, Alec, Alyssa, Isac and Emily and 2 great grandchildren, Amaia and Daniel and his best friend and 4 legged companion, Luke.
His friends and family are deeply saddened by his loss and will miss him deeply. He was a man of few words but many hugs.
Please join us for a "Celebration of Life" Memorial Service to be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church Devine in Devine, Texas.
Arrangements are under the direction of Hurley Funeral Home, 303 W. College Ave, Devine, Texas 78016 (830) 663-4445.

Martha and Hector, I'm so sad and sorry to hear of the passing of your father he was a great friend of my dads, Albert R Reyes when he was an Eletrician before he passed in 2011 they were friends for many years. My Dad did a lot of work for your dad, your Dad was kind enough to give him work, my Dad always looked up to Mr. Zamorano. he was a wonderful man! He was a kind and gentle soul & always kind to us. May he and all our dearly departed Rest In Peace!
