In Loving Memory of Helen (Heidi) Irene Lippitt

December 15, 1943 - May 27, 2025

Helen Irene Lippitt, known as Heidi, passed away peacefully on May 27, 2025, at the age of 81, surrounded by the love of her family. Born in Oakland, California, on December 15, 1943, Heidi was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose warmth, humor, and strength left a lasting imprint on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

A graduate of Castro Valley High School and San Jose State University, Heidi began her career as a fourth-grade teacher. She married her first husband, Bob Hansen, and together they had two children, Steven and Andrea, whom she loved deeply and raised with pride and care.

Later, Heidi entered the world of property management, working alongside her brother Kenny Evilsizor and her beloved mother Ann Evilsizor in what became a successful and close-knit family business. Her strong work ethic and natural leadership helped guide the company, while her compassion and joy made it a family in every sense of the word.

Heidi met the love of her life, Mike Lippitt, and they married in 1985. Over the course of 40 beautiful years together, Heidi and Mike built a life full of laughter, travel, good card games, loyal dogs, and unforgettable memories. Together, they were partners in every sense-best friends and soulmates.

A cancer survivor in 2000, Heidi was known for her strength and tenacity, as well as her sharp mind and quick wit, especially at the bridge and poker tables. But her proudest title was "Grammy." She dearly loved her four granddaughters, celebrating each of their milestones with joy and boundless love.

Heidi lived a full and beautiful life, filled with purpose, resilience, and a deep devotion to her family. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, laughter, and love that will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew her and is survived by her husband, Mike Lippitt, her daughter and son-in-law Andrea and Shane Pearson, and her four grandchildren Rachel, Courtney, Ashlyn and Morgan Pulver, and two dogs, Ginger and Teddy.
