Helen TELLER Obituary
Peacefully, on Saturday, October 29, 2016, in her eighty-eighth year. Beloved wife of the late Sam. Adored mother of Howard Teller, and the late Susan Teller. Loving grandma of Gabriel Teller and Violaine Chalifoux, Jack Teller, and Katerina Teller; Sasha Teller Sawyer and Cara Teller Sawyer. Proud "GG" of Theodore and Samuel. Dearest sister and sister-in-law of Abe and Ethel Biskin, Nathalie and the late Sam Biskin, Claire and the late Harry Biskin, and the late Lou Biskin, and sister-in-law of Sabina and the late Dr. Jack Ratner, the late Sarah and the late David Reinblatt. Helen will be deeply missed by her nieces, nephews, family and many friends. The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the staff at Place Kensington for their care and kindness. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Monday, October 31 at 12:00 noon. Burial at the Young Israel of Montreal Congregation Section, Kehal Israel Cemetery, D.D.O. Shiva at her son Howard's home, Monday through Thursday, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. daily. Contributions in her memory may be made to the "Helen and Sam Teller Memorial Fund for Hope & Cope" c/o the Jewish General Hospital Foundation, (514) 340-8251.
