Ian was born on September 25, 2009 and passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2019. Funeral services for Ian Michael James Austin, age 10, of Cookeville, will be at 6 p.m. Thursday December 12 at The Edge Facility at Life Church. The family will receive friends Thursday from 3 p.m. until service time at the church. Graveside services and interment will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at Judd Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Dyer Funeral Home for funeral expenses.

May he rest in peace, he was an amazing and awesome friend. I miss him so much, even though me and him went to different schools we would still see each other sometimes on certain occasions. I would have said this so much sooner. But no one told me it was him on the news, I found a picture of him in my cousins year book about a month ago. I wish everyone the best and I’m so sorry for your loss.
