Ina (Sweet) Dye Obituary
Ina loved to sing gospel music and sang in several church groups during her life time. Whether she was singing in The Pastor's Trio, groups at The First Southern Baptist Church and Maranatha Baptist Church or a nursing home, she was always ready to share her love for God in song.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, M.C. Dye, whom she married in Rossville GA on December 28, 1955. Their children, Lynn (Brenda) Dye of Donaldsonville, GA; Byron Dye, Chamblee, GA; Vicky (Tim) Graves, Glenwood, IN and Beverly (Brian) Young of Frostproof, FL; 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren. Also left to cherish her memory are 7 brothers, Lowell (Barb) Sweet of Rushville, Glen (Karen) Sweet, IL David Sweet, IL, Dick(Shar) Sweet, MI, M.C. Sweet of IL, Max Sweet, and Mike(Nikki)Sweet of Rushville.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a grandson Kolt Young and brother Ralph B Sweet.
Memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 1 PM - 3 PM at Moster Mortuary. By her request there will be no services. A memorial is to be held at a later date.
