Irene KELLMAN

KELLMAN _ Irene Marie Laurent passed away peacefully September 11th, 2002 in Vancouver General Hospital at the age of 72. She is survived by her daughter Carol; son Chris; daughter-in-law Jan; grandson Benjamin; brothers Richard and Patrick Shields and nieces and nephews. She touched many lives, with her love, understanding and wisdom. A true survivor, Irene maintained her rapier wit, grace and resolve in the toughest of times. We are proud to have known, loved, and been loved by such a remarkable woman. A service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 21st at St. Philip's Anglican Church, 3737 West 27th Avenue, Vancouver. A gathering in celebration of Irene's life will be held following the service with location details provided to those in attendance. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be much appreciated.
