Those of us who taught in Paramus during the years Ruby, Jackie and Fred were our EAP mentors will be eternally grateful for their many years of sacrifice and dedication. Jackie along with her sister were inspiring to all who met them.
My condolences to the grieving family.

So very sorry to hear of Jackie's passing. She was a loving, kind and generous person in every way. We were so fortunate, in Paramus, to have had the strength, conviction, wisdom and imagination of the Bishar sisters. Rest in peace.
My sincere condolences to you, Fred, and your family.
Sincerely,
Aurora Protano

Fred, you are in our thoughts and prayers as we remember our lovely, kind and gracious friend, "Jackie." She was like a daughter to my late parents, Dr. Sam and Anita Lipsett and an inspiration to every child she ever taught. She had a soft touch, but a firm grip on what was really important in life! And, she loved you deeply! So sorry for your loss,
- Helen (Lipsett) Boehm

I started teaching when Ruby was president of our association, and I remember her being beautiful, elegant, and so competent.
