James Harrison II Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jul. 10, 2024.
Hebron - James P Harrison II passed away unexpectedly at his home on July 5, leaving us all heartbroken. Born on April 20, 1968, he spent his childhood on the banks of Buckeye Lake. Boating, fishing, swimming, bicycling, and playing backyard football with his friends. His fondest childhood memories are the family picnics at g'pa Jack and g'ma Becky's. Soon after graduating from Millersport HS, Jim studied and trained to become a journeyman electrician. Working at numerous job sites he met many lifelong friends. All who knew him will miss his big giving heart. We will miss his quick wit, his dimpled smile, his crazy jokes, his silly dances, and the way he could always change the words to any song! Left to mourn his passing, his wife Karen Harrison, her son Adam Peach (Ashley), step granddaughter Casey Peach who he was most proud of. His parents, Jim Sr and Martha Harrison, sister Virginia (Kelly) O'Rielly, and nieces Margaret and Anna O'Rielly, many aunts, uncles and cousins, as well as his most beloved labradors Moose, Betsy, and Mr. Bean. A graveside memorial service will be held this fall, Jim's favorite time of the year. A celebration of life will follow. A special thank you goes out to Adam and Ashley, Tim and Becky Phipps, Kevin Neff and neighbors Pat and Ron Peters, I couldn't have navigated these rough waters without you guys by my side. I love you all!

My Husband Dave and I and Jimmy were rooms mates for couple of years and those years were the best ever!

We would always go camping together and the songs he would sing and the dances he would do always made us laugh . His best feature was his heart .

His kindness and loving ways ,his smile and his silliness will be missed .

There are so many memories of Jimmy we will hold onto until we met him again .

RIP Jimmy ,Dave and I will never forgot what a great friend you were!
