JR was one of the finest individuals my family & I had the pleasure of knowing. We only knew him since April, but since then he had became a very close friend. He had a very captivating and enjoyable personality. JR was always thinking of others, especially the children. Living overseas, there are many things that are just not available. JR made the extra effort to have a friend bring back some hard to find candy (Tootsie Rolls) so he could pass it out to the children at halloween. JR was very proud of all his children and spoke of them often. JR always had a colorful and humorous tale. I don't think it is possible for anyone to think of JR without smiling, and recollecting one of his humorous antidotes. It was a pleasure to have met and known him for the short time we did. God Bless JR, and our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
