It´s taken me awhile to write about Jim. I had the pleasure of knowing him through Harbor Athletic Club. Jim was truly the most welcoming and kindest person there. Anytime I had a new client, I would introduce them to Jim, knowing he´d make them feel welcomed. His heart is exactly what this country needs more of. I´ll miss him and his stories greatly.

Thinking of you Rawson family and am saddened to hear of Jim´s passing.
I have many great memories of working with Jim at Rawson Realty. I am so grateful for his shared knowledge of real estate (which was vast) and appraisal mentoring.
If you had the fortune to meet Jim, you know he could easily bring a smile to your face. His quick wit, easy-going personality, and positive outlook made it a joy to be in his presence.
Jim will forever be remembered

I'm very sorry to hear of Jim's passing.
Jim was my basketball coach as a young man, for which I am grateful. Often times we don't realize the extra commitment it takes to teach and mentor young people until we're older and busy ourselves. Thank you Jim.
Later in life, Jim was a friend and one of the first to help me start to build a business in the late 90's, including hiring me to work for him personally. He introduced me to clients that I still service today.
Jim's friendly, easy going personality will be missed.

Jim entered my path at ASFMRA WI Chapter meetings. Jim was a wealth of knowledge and it was always enjoyable to visit with him. Jan and family may you find comfort in knowing that Jim touched many hearts and his kindheartedness will be forever remembered. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal. Love leaves a memory no one can steal.

I will always remember when my brother, Jim, came to visit me when I was teaching in the inner city of Chicago in the 1970s. My roommates and I had a party and Jim and I always enjoyed dancing together. Thanks to Aaron for the opportunity to tell Jim I loved him and say my good bye to him. He has now gone someplace else and will be remembered always.
Love,
Maribeth
