Jeffrey Karl Compton, 44, of Bridgeport, West Virginia, president of the West Virginia Air Center, passed away on Friday, July 4, 2003, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 7, 2003, 2-8 p.m., at All Saints Catholic Church, Bridgeport. Vigil services are scheduled for Monday, 7:30 p.m., at the church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Tuesday, July 8, 2003, 10 a.m., at the church, officiated by Reverend Father Harry N. Cramer. Interment will follow at Bridgeport Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Davis Funeral Home, Clarksburg, West Virginia.
