We are so deeply bewildered and saddened by Bill's unexpected death.Like so many others we were drawn to Bill by his sense of humor, charm, warmth, and intelligence. May our love, support and prayers sustain you at this time. We are grieving with you and your family and thinking of you all the time.

Laura and Family,
I was shocked and saddened to hear of Bill's passing. He was a larger-than-life Character, with a capital "C", truly unforgettable. I have so many memories of him during our DI days, his superb sense of humor, the twinkle in his eye, his astute observations, his creative ideas, and most of all, his focus on the importance of play, even for (and maybe especially important for) adults. My thoughts are with you all at this difficult time.
Much love

Joe Cole is my cousin and he will be greatly missed. He was a warm, careing, compassionate person who will not be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife Laura, my Uncle Billy and Aunt Helen and my cousins Judy and David and their families. Rest in peace Joe. -Holley Ryan
