BRINGAS, John Anthony Born in Mexico City on July 4, 1929, passed away peacefully in Windsor on June 18, 2004. Precious father of Leesa Bringas and partner Jeff Hasulo of Windsor, Michelle and husband Jeff Miller of LaSalle and their mother Diane Bringas. Precious father of Mary-Ann Bringas S.D.A of Mexico City, John Bringas of Edmonton, Michael Bringas and Linda Mayhew of LaSalle, Jo-Ann Jaunin of Calgary, Angela Marie Bringas-Kewley and husband George T. Kewley of Calgary and their mother Mary Bringas. Loving Bito to Carla Frey Bringas, Natalie and Stephanie Jaunin, Amanda and Alison Bringas, Milagros (Mila), Regina (Gina) and John Liam Joseph Bringas-Kewley. Great-Grandfather to Pierre-Francois de Jesus et Marie Frey Bringas, Joshua Ethan John Jaunin, and Giovani Pablo Jaunin. Beloved son of the late Juan and Maria de los Angeles Bringas de la Torre. Predeceased by one sister Maria de los Angeles. John was a former employee of Kelsey Hayes for 29 years and a member of CAW Local 195. John received the Apostolical Papal Blessing. He will be remembered fondly for his joy of dancing and touched numerous friends with his kindness, humor and generosity. If you so desire, donations to the Hospice of Windsor or Missions in China (Care of Mary-Ann Bringas S.D.A.) would be appreciated by the family. Visiting Friday 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Saturday 8 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. at Families First Funeral Home & Chapel (969-5841) 2670 Dougall Ave. then to St. Jerome Church for Mass at 11a.m. Cremation to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
