OBRIEN John V., in Quincy, July 27, 2006. Devoted father of Linda P. OBrien Lindsay of Quincy. Grandfather of Michael. Best friend of Patricia M. OBrien. Brother of Patricia Connell of Needham, Maureen McNeil of Norwood, the late Vincent OBrien and his late twin brother James OBrien. Funeral from the Sweeney Brothers Home for Funerals, 1 Indepen dence Ave., Quincy, Monday, July 31 at 9:15 a.m. Funeral Mass in Holy Trinity Parish at the Most Blessed Sacrament Church, corner of Sea & Darrow Sts., Quincy at 10 oclock. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Interment Services at Mass. National Cemetery in Bourne will be private. For those who wish, donations in Mr. OBriens memory may be made to Quincy Veterans Council, c/o Quincy Veterans Services, 24 High School Ave., Quincy, MA 02169.
