Daphne and Charlie. I am so sorry to hear about John. I will never forget his dry sense of humor when we shared homeroom together my first year at THS. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Daphne, I did not learn until today of the passing of your son. I am so very sorry. If there is anything at all that I can do, please let me know. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I am sure if Herb (Peters) had been able, he would have been with you and Charlie during this painful time.

I dearly wish I could be there for the service for John, but I am unable to attend. I will be remembering the family in prayer today and in the days ahead. I am so sorry about John and he was a great guy. My deepest sympathy to the family.
