JOHN YETMAN Obituary
Jack loved to watch the Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics and Bruins. He also loved music, especially the oldies. He could usually tell you the name of the song by the fourth beat.
Friends and family are invited to attend a Visiting Hour on Monday, May 17, 2021 at McNamara Sparrell Funeral Home, 30 Central St., NORWELL, from 8:30 am-9:30 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Helen's, 383 Washington St., Norwell, at 10:00 am, with Burial to follow at Sandwich Town Cemetery, Route 130, Forestdale. Covid-19 guidelines of masks, social distancing, and capacities will apply. Please take a moment to register to attend the services and for an online guestbook at mcnamara-sparrell.com

During the course of my career as a former surgeon it was my treat to have been afforded the distinction of caring for "Jack" at various times. It was always a pleasure.

I met Jack in 2002 when he first came to reside at the home in Bridgewater. He was so witty, cordial, and funny. One time I had to take him to the hospital that yr for tests, the nurse addressed him as John. He got upset and yelled to call him Jack. I told him they needed John Yetman name for billing purposes. Then he said to the nurse "Yes, John Yetman". Hilarious. Loved him for 19 yrs.
