Joseph Paul Schyndler

Joseph Paul Schyndler was born in Binghamton, NY on February 20, 1967 and passed on August 2, 2022 in Lighthouse Point, Florida, where he resided for the last 25 years. He was predeceased by his mother, Cheryl Middendorf, and father James Schyndler. Joe is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Matthew and Tammy Schyndler, their children Ashley and Eric Godbehere (Dillon and Lili), Matthew Schyndler and Aisha Jasper (Nia Simmone), his sister and brother-in-law, Jill and Timothy Truman, their children Nicholas Truman, Tyler and Krystyna Truman (Gabriel, Jordan and Winifred) and Morgan Truman and Anthony Sweeney and his brother and sister-in-law, Louis Fischer and Elizabeth Winslow, their children Daniel and Devinity Fischer. Also survived by his aunt Kathleen Schyndler, cousins Michelle and Timothy Frament (Katherine) and stepfather Robert Middendorf, along with many very dear friends across the country (too many to list) that he thought of as family. Every person who had a special place in Joe's heart is thought of during this difficult time and appreciated always.

Joe was a beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, friend and an avid Miami Hurricanes, Miami Dolphins and St. Louis Cardinals fan. He had a passion for exploring and experiencing all that the great outdoors had to offer. He travelled throughout nearly all 50 states, visited numerous National Parks and loved discovering the great fishing locations and watching golf tournaments throughout the United States. He also travelled internationally for work. His zest for life was contagious and his love for his family and friends was undeniable. He never missed wishing his loved ones happy birthday. He was strong, brave, independent and caring. The memory of Joe will last for generations to come as stories will be told by those who he inspired, books that left an impression on him will continue to be read and the love and admiration for him will remain until we one day meet again.

A Celebration of Life Gathering for friends will be held by family on Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 12pm - 4pm at The Hitchin Post on Belden Hill Port Crane, NY.

A Celebration of Life will also be held by dear friends in Florida on August 19, 2022 5:30pm at 2561 NE 31 Court Lighthouse Point, Florida 33064.

A Mass will be held In Memory of Joe "Busch" Schyndler on Sunday, August 21, 2022 at 9am at St Paul the Apostle, Lighthouse Pt. All are invited to attend.
