Josie Dennis Obituary
Services are on Saturday, March 8, 2014, at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church, 100 High St., Cranford, N.J. Visitation is from 10 to 11 a.m. Interment is on Tuesday, March 11, at Calverton National Cemetery, Rte. 25, Calverton, N.Y. For information, or to send condolences, visit, ggwoodyfuneralhome.com.
Ms. Dennis received her catering certificate from New York Institute for Dietetics, Inc. She retired as a caterer after many years.
Ms. Dennis was a member of First Baptist Church in Cranford and was formerly a member of First Baptist Church in Far Rockaway, N.Y., for 42 years.
She was predeceased by her husband, Theodore Dennis, in 1991. Ms. Dennis leaves behind a very loving family, which includes a host of nieces, nephews, godchildren, and other relatives and friends.
