Judith DeLong, 75, of Hopedale passed away Monday, November 26, 2018 at Blaire House of Milford. Judith had been a Registered Nurse at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Jamaica Plain for over 30 years. She was born June 13, 1943 in Worcester to the late Richard and Barbara DeLong and graduated from Westborough High School and the former Framingham Union Hospital School of Nursing. She loved flowers and birds and was a member of the Audubon Society. She is survived by her children, Scott Cooper and his wife Chrissy of Rixieville, VA and Cindy Warren and her companion Charles Kovacic of Hopedale; a brother, David DeLong of ME; a sister, Patricia Landry of NY; two grandchildren, Ethan Warren and Ashley Jeter one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her siblings, Rick DeLong and Kathy Smith. At her request, there are no funeral services planned. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to New England Hospice, 190 Old Derby Street, Hingham, MA 02043. Arrangements by Buma-Sargeant Funeral Home, Milford. www.bumafuneralhome.com.

I can relate to her service as a nurse as most of my family were nurses, esp her service to the VA. She loved Flowers and the Audubon society. She was born in Worcester as was I... i will not forget the time I got to spend with her at the nursing home.
