After almost getting into a fight on the Budget Car rental lot in Memphis in the late 70´s, we became good friends. Time does solve problems and we became good friends for the last 20+ years. We would talk on the phone 3-4 times a year to catch up on the car industry and what each was doing. I will miss you friend. My best to his family.
