Love to the friends and family carry you through your grief. I knew Steve better, but did play golf with Ken a couple of times. Very sorry for your loss.

To Laura and all the family.
Ken brought enthusiasm and friendship to all - particularly his 1979 classmates and golf teammates. He had more fun playing golf than anyone on our team and took ANY chance to win a match!
I remember a pretty competitive match with Ken, Shannon, Craig, and me, I think at Penn State (memories do fade). We were on a par four, and Shannon had just hit a great shot - approximately 8-10 feet- thinking the hole was won and wrapped up. Ken hit a shot into the green, an incredible shot coming out of the rough, and his shot plugged right next to the hole! I remember Ken's wonderfully loud laugh as he walked up to the green, knowing he had won the hole and had snatched it from a classmate! For those who knew him on the golf course, "fun" doesn't even describe the joy he brought to every round. He was, quite simply, the best golf teammate!
I will remember Ken's laugh, his stories, and how he made every moment, on and off the course, an adventure.
Ken was also a respected P-3 aviator and instructor. We were blessed to have him in our lives. We pray for strength and solace for all who grieve his loss.
God bless you, Laura.

A wonderful friend and teammate. We shared many lifelong memories. I still play golf at our Navy course and I will reflect fondly on him the next time a walk the course. My deepest sympathies to the family.

Laura, Steve, Ileta, children and grandkids, so sorry to hear about my roomie´s passing. Too many fond memories: wiretapping, golfing, partying, driving with Mo and Po, getting "lost" at Ohio State and my favorite visual "How much time don´t I have" as he entered the room.
Please know we all loved him. Judd Knecht

Laura, Ed and I are so sorry to hear of Ken´s passing. It seemed so sudden. You and Ken had such a beautiful marriage and wonderful children. I know he will be missed by you and all that knew him. I feel blessed that he was a good friend and that you and Ken shared a part of your life with us. I have many wonderful memories to think back on. I worry about you and know that you are in my prayers. Love to you and your family.
