Dearest Auntie Kim,

Sorry for the delay in signing your wonderful book!

I took sometime to heal and to meet with GOD in spirit to try and understand why he took you so early in life! You are one of my best friends, confidant, teacher and my beautiful aunt that kept it real all of the time!! You made me laugh, secure within myself and I knew if I needed anything I could call on you!

Even a year later, you're still missed so much and I pray that you're watching over me guiding me to be the BEST me and whispering in my ear..."I AM SO PROUD OF YOU...YOU ARE TRULY A PRINCESS!" You often called me little Kim and I will always cherish that and our time on earth together and look forward to reuniting again when that time comes!

You are in my heart forever!

Many smooches,
Lulu, Kharma & Aje'

Shelton Family,

I did not know this great, inspiring woman who seem to have touched so many lives but I have come to know the best part of her... Makeba Shelton.
May your mother continue to live on through you. May the bitter(cancer)and how gracefully she endured sweet(life)which she lived to the fullest memories that you have, continue to make you the strong woman that your mom was.

Kim you will be in our hearts forever..love your nice Hasina and your sister Marla

To My Dearest Sistah Kim,
I miss you so very much my sistah
I cry just about every day like I'm
doing as I write this message to
to you.

I will always remember to put my
lipstick on when it wears off...
Remember you use to always tell
me..." my sistah, you need some
lipstick on" or you would go in your
purse and just hand me some...
I will truly miss your kind words...

We all will truly miss you my
sistah... you will always be in our
hearts... forever and forever.

Love You,
Marla Shelton Shakoor
