It's been three years Pop. It doesn't get easier and it doesn't seem possible that you are really gone. I still look for you in Cardinals, yellow butterflies, and in my dreams. I can still hear your voice and see your smile in my memories. You are still so missed and still thought about every single day. Help us heal Dad. I know you are somehow still with us. I love you.

Never a day goes by Dad that I don't think of you and miss you terribly. You were my rock and my hero. I trusted you with my life and could count on you for anything. Thank you for all my amazing memories and all you taught me. I will see you again one day. For now, I hold you close to my heart and memory. Love you Dad.

Hello Anita and Alex. This message is from Edwin & Joyce Moore in Pulaski, TN. We we sorry to hear about Gene. He was a great guy and I always enjoyed working with him at CoBank. I think the last time I talked to Gene was at one of the Farm Credit Christmas luncheons. I will always remember the time he pitched me the keys to his red Corvette and told me to take my then 14 year old son for a ride. Eric is now 40. You and your family are in our prayers during this difficult time.

My heart goes out to all of Gene's relatives listed above. I know that you are going to miss him more than we can imagine because I already do. Gene, you were a good man, and I will never forget all the painting that I did for you in those countless rental houses! And cleaning for you guys and you would come inside from cutting grass, dropping clippings all over the place! So many things I can reflect back on. Thank God for memories and thank God that you lived and touched so many lives. I will truly miss you.
