I too add my sincere sympathies to Dr. Brent's family and friends. I was his patient from 1979 until he 'retired'. During that time he coached me through two bipass surgeries and shared some of his life with me as a caring friend. I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear of his passing and will truly miss him deeply.

We would like to extend our deepest sympathy to Dr. Brent's family and close friends. He will be sadly missed. A donation to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is being made in his memory and in the name of Haley & Kristen, his two "Little Friends," ages 4 & 7, who have CF and who prayed for him daily during his illness. Larry Brent was a brilliant and caring physician who touched the lives of many in a special way. His passing is a great loss to all those he knew.

Sincerely, Jan & Bill Waugaman

My deepest sympathies are extended to Dr. Brent's family. He was a familiar "fixture" at Allegheny General Hospital and I will certainly miss seeing his smiling face in our hallways.

My deepest sympathies are sent to Dr. Brent's family and closest friends. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Brent at his last practice, Allegheny Cardiology Consultants. He was like family to each of us. I feel so honored to have worked for him and to have known such an outstanding physician. Dr. Brent was one of a kind! He was compassionate, considerate and so generous to those around him. I will truly miss this Great Physician and Special friend.

My deepest sympathies to the Brent family. I knew Dr. Brent when I started at AGH many years ago. He was a really good person as well as a wonderful physician. He will be missed.
