Preceded in death by daughters Catherine and Patricia; parents, Peter and Rosalie; brothers, Charles and Gregory; sisters, Elizabeth and Rosalie.
Survived by wife Mary Kaye; daughters, Mary Ellen (David Eckholm), Theresa, Joan (James Fox), Margaret (Douglas Taylor) and Brigid; grandchildren, Emily Snyder (Samuel) , Andrew Eilertson (Ann), Catherine Everhart (Ryan), Amy Fox (Christopher Schouten), Elizabeth Maynard (Marc), and Christopher Fox; great grandchildren, Lincoln and Dylan Rose Snyder, Desiree and Arielle Eilertson, Gunnar Everhart; and siblings Mary Ellen Sweeney, Lawrence, Thomas and Peter McGough.
Visitation 4-8PM Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at O'Halloran and Murphy (575 S. Snelling Ave. St. Paul, MN). Mass of Christian Burial 9AM Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at St. Louis King of France Catholic Church (506 Cedar St. St. Paul, MN)
Private Interment at Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials preferred to The Carmelite Monastery in Lake Elmo, MN or St. Louis Church.

I only knew Leo for a short time, but the impression he made on me was instant and will last a lifetime. All the best to the McGough family. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

We had the priviledge of knowing Leo as a friend and a guest. He always had a smile and a story! He loved his family and the outdoors. Thank you Leo for all the great memories. Leo will be lovingly remembered & missed by all. Your friends Bill & Nell @ Lake Despair Lodge

Mary Kaye and McGough family - I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of Leo. He truly was one of a kind. He had time for everyone and always cared about people and their families.
