Passed away peacefully on Monday, June 14, 2021 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Hamilton at the age of 74 years. Predeceased by her beloved husband Albert. Loving mother of Cherrie (Phil Stone), and Rick (Melissa Boonstra). Proud and devoted Nannie of Ashley (DeeJay), Bryan (Jessie), Madison, and Matthew. She is survived by her brothers Doug Ritz (Laura), Rick Ritz, and their families. Cherished partner of Paul Gagne, his daughter Terra Gagne, and his grandchildren Amber, Emily, Marissa, and Veronica. Linda retired after 26 years as a custodian with the Halton District School Board and thoroughly enjoyed her retirement spending time with her loved ones and her best friends. A visitation will be held on Friday, June 18, 2021 at the L.G. Wallace Funeral Home, 151 Ottawa St. N. A Funeral Service will be held, and also Livestreamed, on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at Laidlaw United Church, 155 Ottawa St. N. Due to limited space and current restrictions please call the funeral home at 905-544-1147 to reserve a space to visit or to attend services. Flowers are welcome but if you choose please consider a donation her memory to Canadian Cancer Society or Alzheimer's Society. she was a great Lady. hard worker . She always put her book down .for so of my latest jokes.
