Linda Marcantonio Obituary
Born in Kingston, Pa., on Oct. 14, 1955, to Jean Krommes Delinsky and the late Edward Delinsky.
Linda will be remembered by her children, Matthew Marcantonio, of Meriden and Erica Marcantonio Meier and husband, David, of Trumbull; grandchildren, Nathan and Britani Marcantonio; siblings, Diane Kolman, of Northborough, Mass., and Glenn Delinsky, of Sarasota Beach, Fla.; and her niece and nephew, Ashley Casey and Glenn Delinsky, Jr. As such a selfless and caring individual, Linda was known for putting the needs of others before her own and always giving back to her community. Despite this, Linda still managed to make time for games of darts with the DAV and always enjoyed a good bowling match. She appreciated the beauty of autumn and found pleasure in simple things. Above all, Linda lived for her children and cherished time spent with her grandchildren.
Friends are invited to visit with her family on Friday, July 1, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Beecher & Bennett-Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden followed by a funeral service at 7 p.m. Burial will be private.
