Loena Hunsucker Obituary
Born in Rowan County on October 09, 1943, Sue was the daughter of the late Leroy and Sadie Holshouser. Sue was preceded in death by her husband Vernon Hunsucker, JR, in 1997, as well as her son Michael Vernon Hunsucker, in 2014.
Sue is survived by her two daughters, Melissa Carpenter (Bo) and Kristi Springer (Tony), her grandchildren, Brandon Hunsucker (Hannah), Whitney Gatien (Michael), Bradley Hunsucker (Jen), Jason Springer (Kayla), Mackenzie Phillipy (James), Kaley Gainey (Chris), Dustin Hunsucker (Ali), Savanna Joyner (Larry), Stratton Carpenter (Kristen) great grandchildren, Khloe Hopkins, Brayden Springer, Braylee Gainey, Layla Gatien, Bexley Crawford, Ayvah Springer, Raelynn Joyner, Rowen Joyner, Ryker Phillipy, Reese Joyner, Olivia Hunsucker, Rennie Hunsucker.
Sue will be remembered for her love of shopping and jewelry, getting her nails done, spending time with her family. She was hardworking and was a friend to all.
The family will hold a private service to honor Sue.
