It is with sadness that I discovered today that Luigi had passed away recently. I have many fond memories of he and Maria in the deli in Richmond, and too, at the plant around the corner, with which I was also familiar. A decent man, and one who it was always a pleasure to discuss things with, get his opinion. From my home in England, I send my deepest sympathy to Maria, Paul and the two daughters I never knew. He was a good man, and treasure your memories.

Dearest Commara Lidia, Grace, Paul, Maria and family:
It is with grate sadness and a very heavy heart to hear of the passing of my Godfather Luigi. No matter how old you are, losing a father is one of the deepest sorrows a heart can know. But his goodness, his caring, and his wisdom live on, like a legacy of love that will always be with you. May you take comfort in knowing there is one more angel above us. My deepest sympathy, your loving Goddaughter Isabella (Desiati)

To the entire D'Adamo Family, I am blessed to know Luigi he truly was full of pride and dignity. He was very good to me and my Family. His passion for cooking was sampled on many occassions. Apologies however I will not be able to be present on Monday but my thoughts are with you all.

Dearest Lidia, Grace, Paul and Mary: Luigi ("Gino" to his late cousin Nicola) leaves us with beautiful memories especially during your earlier life in Toronto. Luigi would not hesitate to pack his young family in his car and drive to Montreal to visit with his "cugini". Through the years, Lidia and Luigi graciously hosted us in their Richmond home on several occasions, also leaving us with lasting memories.
Rest in peace, dear Luigi! May God keep your wife and family in his loving care durng this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Grazia, Barbara, Anna Maria and Enzo D'Adamo
