Lynn Page Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Feb. 3, 2025.
Lynn Bruton Page, 66, of Meriden, Connecticut, passed away peacefully on January 30, 2025. Born on July 2, 1958, in Meriden/Wallingford, Connecticut, Lynn was the cherished daughter of the late Leo and Caroline Bruton. She grew up in Wallingford, where she graduated from high school before pursuing her passion for art and earning a degree in the field.

Lynn dedicated much of her professional life to Connecticut Hypodermics in Wallingford, where she not only excelled in her work but also formed deep and lasting friendships. Her colleagues remember her as a kind and generous soul who brought warmth and positivity to every interaction.

A woman of many talents and interests, Lynn was an artist at heart. She expressed herself through her creativity and found joy in music as both a singer and musician. She had a lifelong love for the Olympics-especially the Winter Games-and admired the grace and skill of ice skaters. An animal lover through and through, Lynn's compassion extended to all creatures great and small.

Faith played a central role in Lynn's life. Raised Catholic, she lived by the teachings of the Bible and carried a deep love for God throughout her journey. Her faith was a source of strength and guidance that shaped her generous spirit.

Lynn's greatest joy came from her family. She is survived by her beloved son Keith Gamble and his wife Samantha; three grandchildren-Noah, Olivia, and Harper-who were the light of her life; her brother Daniel Bruton and his wife Patricia; her sister Janet Valentin; and her sister-in-law Julia Bruton. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who will fondly remember her kindness and love. Lynn was predeceased by her parents, Leo and Caroline Bruton, as well as her brothers Leo Bruton and Thomas Bruton.

Lynn's legacy is one of love, generosity, and unwavering kindness. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her best. May her gentle spirit bring comfort to all who mourn her passing.

I learned that you were the raddest mom I knew. The raddest mom that all of my friends knew. We formed bonds that would never be broken. Even after death. I learned that you can be friends with your mom but thats not what we were, we were best friends. I'm learning that you are still with me. Everytime I hear the birds in the morning or at night, and everytime I look at myself in the mirror or everytime I look at your grandchildren. I see you. We will take it from here. You always told me I was the best thing you ever did. I loved that. We will meet again, I know it. So it's bye for now mom. I love you forever, but you know that.

My Lynn I will miss you immensely. You showed me the love of a mother as you knew about my traumatic life. You always made sure I was okay. We would laugh at things that others may have not understood. You always lifted my self esteem. You were one tough cookie, but one I could relate with. I will miss everything about you. Your pretty sky blue eyes...your laughter your I love yous as you touched your heart and your peace sign as you walked away. I will love you forever and a day please stay looking over us. And come visit now and then sending me a cardinal. Rest easy love Annie
