Margaret Dee Obituary
Margaret Ann Dee Dee (Age 83)
Of Hyattsville, MD, died peacefully on February 5, 2023. Surviving her are cousins Jack O'Brien, Michael O'Brien, Kathleen Wood, Josie Sherman, Patsy Green, Mary Simpson, and family in Ireland. Her career at the Justice Department spanned 48 years. During that time, she was known for her volunteerism in her community in the Irish American Club and in the Ladies Auxiliary of the AOH. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, February 15 at 10 a.m. at St. Jerome's Catholic Church, 5205 43rd Ave., Hyattsville, MD, followed by Mass at 11 a.m. Burial following at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.

PEGGY DEE: Peggy Dee was a friend to everyone she met. Her dedication to Irish/Catholic organizations is legendary. No one will replace Peggy. She worked hard, enjoyed her friends and family and made the Irish American Club grow and expand into a group that produced many great activities that furthered Irish culture. Peggy, thank you for everything that you accomplished on behalf of so many. She will be greatly missed by all of us. RIP
