You taught me to sing and to love the world around me. I'll think of you and remember you had so much passion and energy that as a child, I called you "the Flying Nun". I'll miss our songs.

Forty years ago you shared amazing stories of a young teaching nun and of course that nun was you! Bragging about you, I have since shared one particular story with many over the years. I am so proud of you Auntie. When I think of calling up my (extreme) resoursefullness---I think of you! and then---when I think I need someone on my side---to say a prayer for me---I don't worry---because I have you and will always have you praying for me --love you auntie

I will always remember my Aunt Cecile's beautiful spirit. When you were with her, you had her complete attention. She loved life and people and really cared so much about everyone. It was a gift to visit with her at the hospital with all the family and hear her laughter and her stories, and share in everyone's love.I know she will always be with me.

Mother Marie Cecile Champagne was one of the most important people in my life. I sought Mother's advice and opinion many times and respected her advice. It helped me deal with teenage angst and gave me another view to consider.
I had a difficult time dealing with her illness and impending death; I still can't understand why God called her home when I still need her in my life. Mom tells me that I now have my very own special angel watching over me ... I sure hope so because I'm sure I'll be praying for her help from time to time as I complete my last year of High School.
Good bye Mother. You were great and I'll sure as heck miss you.

Mother Marie Cecile Champagne was a gentle lady, soft of voice, quiet and dignified. She had a great mind and a particular love of young teens and was special in the life of my grandson and his friend Ryan McCaffrey. She helped the boys with her wisdom and words of advice.
Mother was a valuable friend to our family and we loved her very much. She will be sorely missed. The Monastery will never be the same without her quiet presence.
Rest in peace Mother.

Cecile was ma grande tante - I met her only once but she impacted my life in a way that I will carry with me until the day I die. Her calm and gentle presence and the way she conversed with me was so meaningful. She inspired me by the way she lived her life, and the way she honored God in all that she did. It was a beautiful experience to meet her. She will forever be in my thoughts and prayers.

Cecile has been a source of inspiration to all of us. She spent her life serving others through prayer and her work with the Lord. We find comfort in knowing that she will always be in our hearts, watching over us from up above, and be present in our lives in many ways. From your forever loving brothers and sisters and all of their families.
