Marilyn Munro Obituary

MUNRO - Marilyn Joan (nee Lewis) May 11, 1935 - March 9, 2009 Marilyn passed away peacefully in palliative care at Peace Arch Hospital after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer. Marilyn is survived by her loving husband of 49 years David, brother Trevor Lewis of Saanich, British Columbia and nephews, nieces and cousins. Marilyn worked for Canadian Pacific Airlines, CP Air and Canadian for 35 years. A special thanks to Dr. D. Lowe and all the doctors and staff at the palliative care ward at Peace Arch Hospital for their care and kindness. No service per request. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to BC Cancer Foundation, 600 - 686 West Broadway, Vancouver, British Columbia.
