Dear Mark.... what happened? .... We were supposed to grow old together. I had so much more to share with you.It is as if a library has burnt down....you shared the milestones in my life and have left a vacuum in my heart. Thank you for enriching my life you will be sadly missed along life's way & lovingly remembered everyday . "No longer in our life to share. But in our hearts you're always there"
Love Wendy xx

Wotherspoon, Mark. You were a great friend and a kind and generous man. You enjoyed life with an open mind and adored your children and your mum. You were also a great advocate for women. We'll all miss your good cheer and extensive knowledge. Thanks for being you. Phil Wallis.

Dear Mark,
It was only last week that we met at the Auckland District Court library discussing about a vulnerable client who was denied bail and your advice on how to assist her in changed circumstances.
You have been most helpful to junior barristers starting out at the Court. Your warmth personality, wisdom and kindness would be sadly missed by colleagues and clients.
My deepest condolences to the family.
A junior barrister.
