Matthew Jones Obituary
He is survived by his daughters, Matilda and Shelby, their mother, Autumn Twitchell, his father, Denny Jones, his mother, Ann McClure, his brother, Eric Jones, and his sister-in-law, Sarah Jones. He is also survived by his brother, Patrick McClure, his sister, Janae Martin, and his brother-in-law, Matt Martin, along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. Matt had so many friends who thought of him as family as well. Matt was preceded in death by his grandfather, Dr. Frank Jones, his grandmother, Beverly Jones, his grandfather, Tom Lacy Sr., and his grandmother, Dona Lacy.
A service to celebrate Matt's life will be held on Sunday, March 24th, from 3-6pm at St. Pius church basement, 5500 Woodson, Mission, KS 66202.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to a GoFundMe page set up for Matt's daughters at https://gofund.me/657cfc89.

Since 1991, my life was peppered by random, totally thankless kind acts given to me by Matt. From sticking up for me to bullies at Fairway Pool to randomly seeing me walking in the rain miles away from home and pulling over to offer me a ride, Matt always made a sincere effort to do kind things for me with absolutely no motivation of self interest. He was one of the most dignified and genuinely kind people I´d known.
